It is not an easy job to care for numerous people with different needs and personalities at the best of times, least of all during a pandemic when all are being affected by COVID-19. My mum always makes comment of the care and attention she is receiving and although it has taken her some time to get her head around being in residential care, she is happy to call Langley House her home. Once again, thank you for your loving care and attention in these unprecedented times.
Firstly let me say we have nothing but very highest praise for all the staff at Gokul Care home, my mother could not be better looked after and cared for; they all treat her with great respect. The management team have always been receptive to our needs and requests; we have to give special praise and thanks to Kailash who has bent over backward to help us and looked after our mother like she was her own. So to all at Gokul, you all are doing a fantastic job and we would like you all to know we really appreciate it.
A relative has completed a share experience form from the CQC website. They have praised the staff for their patience and care of their relative. They have said that one particular, Lugi, stands out as he is full of humanity and has a very good rapport with the service user.I would like to say thank you from CQC and well done to all your staff, particularly Luigi, for their help with this family and for caring so well for this service user.

The wonderful company of home support services. Our family would like to thank you all for all the care and support you gave to my late father. All the wonderful carers that looked after my dad, I can't thank you enough.
I passed over on the phone, but would like to in writing give the praise I have for Luigi and Margaret who assisted me with Terence this morning, their approach and attitude is a credit to your organisation. They were very caring for Terrence and his wife, at what is a difficult time for both.
